The short version
- Phraser is free to use as a quick reminder of everyday Spanish.
- Please don’t copy the app’s content to use elsewhere, or build a copy of the app with it.
- The phrases are a helping hand, not a professional translation. Don’t rely on them alone in a medical or other emergency.
Using the app
You can use Phraser on your phone to look up and hear phrases. You don’t need an account.
What’s ours
The app, its design, its wording, its phrases and its tips belong to us. Please don’t:
- copy, scrape or download them in bulk, or reuse them in another app, website, book or dataset;
- use them to train or improve an AI model;
- try to get round the app’s protections, or take it apart to get at its data.
What isn’t ours
The open-source software and fonts inside the app, under their own licences, which these terms don’t change.
No guarantees
We provide the app as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but can’t promise it always will be. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it, or from not being able to.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions: hello@longbeard.consulting.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you’re a consumer in the UK, the EU or elsewhere, you also keep the protections the law where you live gives you, which these terms can’t take away.
